You have to be willing to push your mind and body out of its comfort zone.

Bear Grylls Fitness at Oxygen Freejumping

We all have personal adventures that inspire us. Whether it’s climbing a mountain, completing an Obstacle Course Race, or simply playing sports with the kids, we believe you should be physically prepared to take on anything life throws at you.

Bear Grylls Fitness is an epic, multi-level obstacle fitness course, but it’s more than just a workout.  Bear Grylls Fitness is about helping you build the strength, flexibility and fitness to empower you to live your adventures to the max. 

We believe it’s the ultimate in functional fitness.

Who’s it for?

Anyone serious about testing and improving their fitness.

There are 4 levels of difficulty encouraging you to test your limits.

You must be 16 years old to purchase and take part in this activity.

Duration

1-2 hours, dependent upon ticket purchased.

Other Information

Shoes and workout clothes are required and we recommend that you wear long sleeved tops and trousers.

Gripped gloves are required and these can be purchased online at the time of booking, or at reception. 

We recommend you read the rules stated below, before attending a Bear Grylls Fitness session.

Rules

/ The Bear Grylls Fitness course is a training venue, not a race. Take your time and don’t push in front of others.

/ Listen out for any instructions from the Marshalls.

/ Read the signs before you attempt each obstacle.

/ Look before you begin. Has the person in front cleared your landing area?

/ Judge your strength first and know you can survive all the obstacles you attempt.

/ Take a break when you need to. Step to the side and allow others to continue.

/ Do not climb on the silver railings or the vertical safety netting.

/ Wear clean, athletic shoes and gripped gloves.

/ Empty your pockets and remove any jewellery or sharp objects.

/ No food, drinks or phones.

/ No participation if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

/ This is a physically demanding activity.  If you have a pre-existing health condition you should seek medical advice before taking part.

/ You must be over 16 years old to participate.

The Bear Grylls Fitness obstacle fitness training zone is now open in our Manchester trampoline park.
