Airborne Fitness

As you get older exercise becomes harder and often a bit boring. Running around the playground is gradually replaced by long monotonous jogs, bike rides replaced by spinning. Airborne bucks the trend and makes you exercise like you did when you were young. You will work harder than you ever have before but you won’t notice it.

Airborne fitness is a high intensity, low impact structured exercise class that burns through fat while building, toning and defining muscle. The class takes place across over 50 trampolines on the trampoline park floor.

Our Airborne Fitness classes are all the rage, but this isn’t just a fad. It is an exercise routine with a growing following. Celebrities like Julianne Hough, Amanda Bynes and even Megan Fox have been known to be a dab hand on the trampoline.

If that isn’t enough sources like Yahoo, Women’s Health, and even our friends at NASA (Yes NASA) claim that jumping on a trampoline burns three times more calories than running (in an hour of jumping, you can burn 1000 calories) and they state you produce more endorphins when bouncing. So you won’t only look good quicker, but you will feel great!

Anyone aged 16 and over looking for a fun way to exercise in London and Southampton.


Each fitness class lasts one hour, with a 15-minute warm up and down. Unlike other exercise classes the time will fly (and so will you)!

Before Your Session

Arrive 15 minutes before your class starts.

Please note: you will be required to purchase our special jump socks at reception if you haven’t already got them. These are charged at £2/pair/
