Need to kick-start your exercise regime? Or perhaps give your current fitness class a lift? Airborne Fitness can do both whilst keeping a smile on your face throughout!

This really is a fitness class with a difference. 150 connected trampolines, super-dynamic instructors and smiles guaranteed!

Circuit

Timed sessions off the trampolines and on the assault course equipment. Designed to test your body’s ability and push you to your max.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

One hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise. Gets your heart pumping like no other!

Jumpilates

This is a combination of Yoga and Pilates. A gentle start to Oxygen Fitness, but still very much a full body workout!

Bounce Camp

Test yourself on different stations across the trampoline park, incorporating elements of trampolining, resistance strength and core stability moves.

OXYGEN FITNESS

Fitness at Oxygen bucks the trend and makes you exercise without even realising. You will work harder than you ever have before but you won’t notice it.  Oxygen Fitness is a high intensity, low impact structured exercise class that burns through fat while building, toning and defining muscle.

Our Fitness classes are all the rage, but this isn’t just a fad. It is an exercise routine with a growing following. Celebrities like Julianne Hough, Amanda Bynes and even Megan Fox have been known to be a dab hand on the trampoline.

If that isn’t enough sources like Yahoo, Women’s Health, and even our friends at NASA (Yes NASA) claim that jumping on a trampoline burns three times more calories than running (in an hour of jumping, you can burn 1000 calories) and they state you produce more endorphins when bouncing. So you won’t only look good quicker, but you will feel great!

Anyone aged 16 and over looking for a fun way to exercise!

DURATION

Each fitness class lasts one hour, with a 15-minute warm up and down. Unlike other exercise classes the time will fly (and so will you)!
