Have you heard the news? We’ve launched brand new unique and fun Fitness classes to get you leaping, lifting and sweating your way to a fitter you this year. Book your first session here


It’s that time of year when we look back on Christmas festivities and wonder whether it was really necessary to get those buy one get one free mince pies packs and eat the lot before Christmas Eve was even a dot on the horizon (surely not just us?!)

Never fear though, we’re just as motivated to get back into tip top shape as soon as possible in 2017, and still leave space for the odd naughty treat – we all deserve them!

That’s why we’ve launched brand new Fitness classes for the new year, and they’re all designed to get you jumping fit in no time, burning up to 1000 calories per session!

Which ones have you tried already?

HIIT

HIIT is one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise on the trampolines. This class gets your heart pumping like no other and kicks your metabolism into gear like no other!

By raising your metabolism and creating an oxygen debt, your body uses more calories. You’ll also carry on burning calories long after you finish a HIIT workout.

Parks: (Leeds, Manchester, Southampton)

Combat

Combat at Oxygen is a fun, empowering cardio workout. This energetic class is strongly influenced by martial arts such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

The classes are supported by powerful music and energetic instructors. Based on the trampolines, you will punch and kick your way through calories to a leaner, healthier and fitter body!

Bootcamp

Based on the original tough, challenging workout – with a difference. No mud, no rain, toilets and showers all available!

We run these classes indoors using equipment and old school fitness moves. Tone, shape and work every single muscle in the body. Become fitter, stronger, faster and more agile and see the results for yourself.

Parks: (Acton, Leeds, Southampton)

Circuit

Circuit is timed sessions off the trampolines on our specialised circuit equipment. This class is designed to test your body’s ability and push you to your max combining resistance training with muscular endurance and strength building. Compete against yourself and see week on week improvements!

Parks: (Derby, Southampton)

Airborne

The original fun fitness on trampolines, and our most popular class. Airborne Fitness is perfect way to work your whole body with minimal impact and always a soft landing. Perform beginner-intermediate trampolining jumps and movements to get you moving with fun guaranteed. Time will fly!
