Bear Grylls Fitness at Oxygen Freejumping, is an innovative indoor fitness training course designed around the way Bear Grylls keeps fit.
Location: It is currently available in 3 parks: Croydon, Derby, Manchester ,
Difficulty: There are varying levels of difficulty depending on location.
Minimum Requirements: The min. age for booking & entering is 12 years old with a minimum height requirement of 1.4 metres.
Duration: 1-2 Hours, dependent upon ticket purchased.
Clothing: Shoes and workout clothes required. We recommend long sleeved tops and trousers.
Gloves: You will be required to wear gloves for safety. These can be purchased online or at reception for £2.

No, but it’s the only way to guarantee a spot for you on our 150-trampoline jump-topia, and despite the fact that our park is huge, we are really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend it. Booking in advance means you can also sign a waiver online to save you more time when you get to the park.

All online reservations must be paid at the time of booking. If you’re not able to do this online, you can pay upon arrival, but you will run the risk of missing out on your preferred session.

We highly recommend completing waivers online so that they link with our booking system at the park and you will have a much quicker check in processes when you come and bounce.
We also have electronic waiver stations where you can check-in when you arrive at the park in case you cannot complete online.

Please arrive 30 mins before your session is due to start, this will give you plenty of time to check-in and view our safety briefing. If traffic’s terrible or your boss was in “just one more thing” mode and you arrive up to 30mins late, we’ll sneak you on for the rest of your session but you may miss the start.
Yes, we have changing rooms and showers in all of our parks as well as baby change facilities.
We have a well stocked cafe serving hot and cold food and drink options, and therefore do not allow food or drink to be brought in from outside. Tap water is available upon request.
Exceptions accepted for baby food and disability requirements.
We have free lightning-fast wifi in all our parks! You will need to register in order to access the WIFI.
There is free parking available at all our trampoline parks although please be aware spaces may be limited.
DERBY PLEASE NOTE:
Parking in the car park outside Oxygen Freejumping Derby is currently limited to 2 hours. As an Oxygen Freejumping visitor, you are entitled to extended parking time. Please validate your numberplate at reception when you enter the park to redeem this.
All our parks have disabled access.

In all our parks we have an excellent cafe with a viewing gallery over the park so you can see every bounce, flip and twist your kids/friends make while you can sit back in comfort with an cup of coffee or slice of cake. We also have free superfast WIFI, and Sky Sports for when you can’t miss the match!
Please note: You do not have to pay to get into the cafe or watch people jumping.

This isn’t a fashion show so go with a more comfort first approach. This means shorts, t-shirts and athletic wear that allows your pores to breathe. This may seem a bit obvious but we don’t allow stuff with pointy bits on the trampolines. One last thing — you can’t wear any jewellery of any sort while jumping.
You will require our grippy yellow jump socks – see the next question for more information.
Our super grippy, snazzy trampoline socks are specifically designed for safe use of our trampolines. Super skills need super socks, and ours help you keep your footing so you can concentrate on the fun stuff.
The socks are fully machine washable and can be reused as many times as you like, so remember to pack them for your next Freejump.
If you already have special trampoline jump socks from another trampoline park you’re welcome to bring them, but we can’t guarantee you’ll look as cool!
Our socks cost £2.00 and can be purchased online or at the park.
Sure. It’s important to see, but they may fall off so wear them at your own risk.
The weight limit for our trampolines is 21 stone or 133kgs. There is no height limit because the ceiling is just so incredibly high!
If you have any sort of medical condition that may affect your ability to safely jump on a trampoline, you must consult a doctor first and write down all the details on your waiver.
No. This is for the safety of both the jumper and the unborn child.
You must have a good 5 years of life experience under your belt to jump in our Freejumping sessions on your own.
Under 5’s can pop along with parents or a guardian to our Little O’s sessions. These are only available to under 5’s and parents/guardians.
However, if you want to bring an under 5 to a Freejump session, they are welcome, provided they are accompanied by a parent / guardian. Do be aware that freejump sessions are for mixed ages.
You can jump on your own if you are 5 of over!
If you are under 12, a parent or guardian must remain in the facility e.g cafe area at all times.
Over 13’s are free to visit Oxygen unsupervised, but if under 16, the parent must complete the waiver online before they jump!
Trampoline jumping is comparable in risk to other sports like skateboarding, snow skiing, ice hockey and football. Jump within your ability and don’t attempt advanced moves that are beyond you. This is not the place to show off and or try to impress someone.
We’ve invested heavily in training our staff. Our park safety monitors are trained to predict and prevent incidents — not just react to things.
No food or drinks (including bottled water) can be taken on to the trampoline park floor.
A water fountain is provided and is available for use throughout the jump session.
Food & drinks are available for purchase in the cafe pre and post jumping sessions.
Drinking alcohol is not permitted before your jump.
