Derby Park Closure

Urgent_message

Oxygen Freejumping Derby will be closed for the foreseeable future due to a fire in the trampoline park overnight on Friday 9th June.

Whilst we are very sad to temporarily close the park, we would like to thank the local emergency services for their swift response in getting the situation under control. Especially Dexter, the fire incident dog who was brought to the scene.

Bookings have been closed until further notice, and holders of existing bookings for sessions up until 31st July will be contacted as soon as possible so their accounts can be credited, and the issue resolved. We are working hard to make all Freejumpers aware of the situation.

As you will understand, our Customer Services Team have been inundated with queries at this time. We are advising customers to please NOT attempt to phone, as it may not be possible to take your call.

Please refer to our guide below if you have further questions, or read our latest statement on the event.

All customers can keep up to date with the latest information on this webpage. There a lot of news outlets featuring the story, but this webpage will always be the source of the most up-to-date and reliable information.

Message from CEO David Stalker 09.06.17

“Unfortunately we have had to close Oxygen Derby until further notice. The emergency services are investigating the cause of the fire and the full extent of the damage is unknown at this stage.

We appreciate how frustrating this must be for our fans, but everyone has been supportive and understanding. We are continuing to contact everyone affected as quickly as possible, and ask for our customer’s patience during this process.

I would like to say a huge thanks to the local emergency services. Their response, professionalism and support has been massively appreciated by the entire Oxygen Team.

We are now focused on getting the trampoline park back up and jumping as soon as possible.”
