Oxygen Freejumping Derby will be closed for the foreseeable future due to a fire in the trampoline park overnight on Friday 9th June.
Whilst we are very sad to temporarily close the park, we would like to thank the local emergency services for their swift response in getting the situation under control. Especially Dexter, the fire incident dog who was brought to the scene.
Bookings have been closed until further notice, and holders of existing bookings for sessions up until 31st July will be contacted as soon as possible so their accounts can be credited, and the issue resolved. We are working hard to make all Freejumpers aware of the situation.
As you will understand, our Customer Services Team have been inundated with queries at this time. We are advising customers to please NOT attempt to phone, as it may not be possible to take your call.

“Unfortunately we have had to close Oxygen Derby until further notice. The emergency services are investigating the cause of the fire and the full extent of the damage is unknown at this stage.
We appreciate how frustrating this must be for our fans, but everyone has been supportive and understanding. We are continuing to contact everyone affected as quickly as possible, and ask for our customer’s patience during this process.

What if I have an existing booking?
All customers with future bookings will be contacted in due course by a member of our Customer Services team. We will rectifying the situation by crediting bookers’ accounts, offering refunds or re-allocating bookings.
What if I would like to book for the future?
We are not accepting any future bookings at this time. The park will be closed until further notice.
What if I have a future Class booked?
The trampoline park will be closed until further notice for all sessions. If you have an upcoming session, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team in due course.
What if I am a 30-Day Pass holder?
We will make sure that nobody loses out and, once we re-open the park, your Pass will be reinstated.
When will the park be open again?
The fire services are working as we speak to assess the cause and the extent of the damage. We will be keeping our customers up to date via email, our website and through social media, with the latest information. We want to bounce back as soon as possible!
