Oxygen Fitness will work your whole body with minimal impact and always a soft landing. This really is fitness with a difference: 150 connected trampolines and circuit areas to create dynamic exercise classes, regardless of your fitness levels.  Plus, with amazing instructors, smiles are guaranteed!

Anyone aged 16 and over looking for a fun way to exercise! All abilities are welcome.


Session Duration

All of our fitness classes are 1 hour. This includes time to warm-up, cool down and at times it may include ‘free time’ for you to catch your breath or put yourself through your paces!

Unlike other exercise classes the time will fly (and so will you)!

The Need-To-Know Details

Please arrive 15 minutes before your class starts.

Please note: you will be required to purchase our special jump socks at reception if you haven’t already got them. These are charged at £2.50 for a pair, but you can keep on using them!

Suggested clothing is comfy sportswear, and we recommend bringing a water bottle!
