Still looking for a New Years Resolution?
We believe fathers getting fit with their children is a wonderful and important activity. For Super Dads who want to go above and beyond, we’ve made a short list of things dads can do with their children.
Healthy habits begin at home and having an active dad is a fantastic motivator for creating good habits for a child. Trampolining for children is a very fun way to keep fit. For grown-ups, we have fitness classes running throughout the week, and they’re a fun and creative way to burn lots of calories.
A game of dodgeball is a brilliant way to nurture their competitive streak and sportsmanship. At Oxygen, we’re the best place for dodgeball, and we combine the sport with trampolining, which makes for a uniquely exciting experience!
No one said only kids could have fun! Jumping is just as fun at any age and there’s no better feeling than nailing that jump you’ve been practising. Helping your kids perfect their somersault is a terrific skill to give them. Why not learn it yourself too?
Here’s where the competitive side comes out! At our trampoline parks we have reaction walls where you can test your speed and precision. We also have basketball and other ball games which are terrific fun individually, but even more fun to do with your kids!
For Super Dads with younger children, Oxygen has the best soft play activities for under 5s. Father and toddler bonding at these sessions sounds pretty good!
There’s still time to enter our Be Super campaign! We’re challenging the Dads and the rest of the family to complete specific challenges, with freebies and discounts to be won. Successful participants who have completed all challenges automatically qualify for an incredible Superhero event in March!
