We are sorry to confirm that following the latest Government advice regarding Coronavirus, we have decided that it is now time to temporarily close our parks until further notice.
At Oxygen Freejumping, the health and safety of our jumpers is our number one priority. Over the last few weeks we have closely followed the government’s advice and have implemented numerous measures to support social distancing and improve cleanliness. However, at this stage we feel a temporary closure is necessary to help our staff and jumpers to stay safe and healthy.
Please be assured that we are pro-actively contacting all upcoming bookings to either rearrange their jump or confirm a refund. We have updated our FAQ’s if you need some further information and someone will be available on our online chat throughout the closure period.
We are making our food and beverage stock available to local schools to in turn pass onto families. We are also doing everything we can to support our fantastic teams during this difficult time.
We do not yet know when we will re-open, but we will continue to assess and monitor the situation and we will post updates every week.
Thank you for your support during this difficult time and we look forward to getting back to freejumping!
Please don’t worry. We are contacting everyone who has a booking during the period we are closed to discuss all existing bookings.
Your refund once arranged will go back into your account within 3-5 days.
Moving is not a problem. You can move with our customer service team when they contact you.
We will be back in touch should this be the case to discuss what you want to do.
Our website will be continually updated. Please always check back here for accurate information.
If you have a pass then it will be frozen and you’ll be able to use the time remaining once the park is re-open.
