We’re Bouncing Back!

We’re Bouncing Back!

Posted Monday 13th July 2020

By anyone’s standard, 2020 has not been the year we expected but we’re now finally getting ready to open our doors and commence jumping! We appreciate that many of you still have your concerns about leaving your lockdown dwelling, but we’re taking every precaution to ensure the parks are safe to visit. Below summarises our new processes which are all being tested at one park before our official opening date. Something we’ve worked really hard on is ensuring that despite the new safety processes, jumpers still have fun and enjoy the same experience they know and love.

Before Jumping
• Bookings must be made in advance of your visit and updated new waivers must be completed online prior to arrival
• Session capacity has been reduced
• New queueing system has been installed to enable social distancing
• Remote temperature checks will be taken
• An arrivals monitor will be on duty
• Hand sanitising will be required at various points
• Safety briefing will be done in smaller groups to allow distancing in the briefing room
• Wristbands will be handed to you to put on yourselves

While you’re bouncing
• Reduced jumpers will allow more room to distance
• Games & competitions will be run on court by court monitors all that adhere to distancing
• Specific areas that are challenging to distance such as slides, foam pits and the water fountain will be closed. You also won’t be able to use dodgeballs on the court for now.

Other things you’ll see around the park
• The park will be closed in between sessions now to allow for enhanced cleaning schedules
• 2 new roles have been introduced to specifically manage new safety processes
• Safety screens will be present at reception and cafes
• Tables are reduced in the café to allow distancing
• Please limit spectators coming with you to 1 per jumper
• Hand sanitising stations are installed
• Doors have foot opening mechanisms

We hope that the necessary processes we’ve implemented allow you to feel confident in returning to our parks. All the staff are eager to get back and are now undergoing training on the new way of working. Our booking system will reopen on Wednesday 15th July ready for sessions when we re-open.

Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you soon!
