Activeplay sessions for toddlers At Oxygen Acton (ages 0-5)

Oxygen’s Activeplay engages a child’s primary senses in many ways – touch, sight, hearing and movement, including balance – and with lots of fun thrown in along the way.

Oxygen’s toddler jumping activities have been specially designed to help your little adventurer burn off excess energy and develop vital physical, communication, social and intellectual skills. Ready to start school bursting with confidence and new friends.

Every Toddler Activeplay session is actively developed and delivered by our enter-trained team. During the weekdays we endeavor to keep group sizes small so that an accompanying adult can join in the fun too and stay for the whole morning slot! We encourage all participants to make the most of their session by staying on for an hour or two, this will allow your little one to really reap the benefit of our sense-stimulating activities.

Watch your little ones toddle into the park and become immersed in sensory sounds, colourful sensory lights and other surprises designed to stimulate the senses. Then through to our safe soft play area which is equipped with gentle activity mats and other toddler-safe apparatus, watch them participate in activities that have been specifically design to keep your little one entertained and engaged all throughout the morning.

During the Weekdays, we operate a ‘Stay and Play’ model, meaning all you need to do is book your arrival time and stay for the duration of the toddler morning. Due to popular demand, our Toddler Activeplay sessions on Saturday and Sunday will run for the duration of one hour only, participants will have to book in an extra slot if they wish to stay for longer.

How is the toddler Activeplay session structured?

WELCOME
Meet our enter-trained team and dance your way into the park.

FREEPLAY
Explore the park with your toddler and use any area you like while the Oxygen team support / highlight areas and activities.

SENSORY ACTIVITIES
Throughout the session, our team will run sensory games and activities these are totally optional. They cover at least four of the sensory receptors – touch, look, listen and movement, including balance – with a range of activities that may include:

• Colour interactive play
• Animal sound games
• Musical movement & dancing
• Shape games
• Puzzle piece hunt
• Skill play
• Building blocks (team play)
• Balance and co-ordination games
• Parachute games

Each toddler Activeplay session uses a different combination of games which capture the imagination of our littlest jumpers. All games and activities are optional, you can join in with the fun or use the park as you please.

If however you are just looking for a soft play session for your toddler rather than a structured supervised session, then we do that too, and this is bookable at any time of the day.
