Looking for a fun and interesting way to stay fit? Tired of running on a treadmill? Well, try our trampoline fitness class! We’re aiming to be Stevenage’s most fun fitness class and we’ll tell you why.
Our trampoline fitness classes are a combination of Circuits, Combat and high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT). Classes are taught by qualified fitness instructors who guide you through the basics of the workout, but are so interested in you having fun as well!

All of our fitness classes are 1 hour. This includes time to warm-up, cool down and at times it may include ‘free time’ for you to catch your breath or put yourself through your paces!
Unlike other exercise classes the time will fly (and so will you)!

We know that our fitness classes are a great workout and extremely fun at the same time… but we want you to show you what we’re talking about!

Please arrive 15 minutes before your class starts.
Please note: you will be required to purchase our special jump socks at reception if you haven’t already got them. These are charged at £2 for a pair, but you can keep on using them!
Suggested clothing is comfy sportswear, and we recommend bringing a water bottle!
