In need of more hours?
Do you require a club that offers wraparound care during the Half-Term break? We’ve listened to parents and have a bolt-on option where you can now book your child/ren in from as early as 8am and collect as late as 5pm for an additional £6.
Breakfast, lunch and snacks are all included for the full day.
We offer a wide range of activities and something for everyone, ensuring all children who visit us have a chance to participate in something they will enjoy.
Our summer holiday club was a huge success, with some days completely sold out, so book early if you want to secure a place for your child/ren because our Half-Term club is bound to be popular.

- Our holiday clubs are the perfect option for your 8-12 year olds to increase activity levels, develop new skills and take fun to a whole new level during school holidays. The club runs 09:30-15:30 including lunch, with additional options to increase length of stay for convenience.
When will our camps run?
For one week: Monday 23rd to Friday 27th October, Wilmslow
How long do the days last?
The core hours of our holiday club are 09:30-15:30. There is also an optional wraparound package you can purchase.
What is the wrap-around package?
This permits an earlier breakfast drop off at 08:00 and later pick up of 17:00 which includes a snack, you have choice of one or both options inclusive.
What is the cost?

Are there discounts?
Although we cannot accept childcare vouchers just yet, we are offering a 10% siblings’ discount. This can be completed at check out. There is also a 20% discount if you book the full 5 days.
What activities will my child be doing?
With our unique offering, we will be enthusing and encouraging kids to do more in our parks in a structured and fun way.
The activities are timetabled and scheduled to include activities around the following;
- Trail Blazers; Brain Training, Puzzle Solving, Team Building;
Activity Examples; Escape Rooms, Trivia, Coding, Tower Building
- Skill Masters; A structured and practical activity focusing on physical development and skill acquisition.
Activity Examples; Trampoline Tricks, Inflatable Relays, Pac Man, Dodgeball
- Challenge Club; Each day, the children will compete in a series of fun challenges set around the park.
Activity Examples; Beat the Bouncer, Freestyle Jumping, Team Obstacle Course, Scavenger Hunts
- Games, Games, Games!; Exactly that, traditional sports done the Oxygen way.
Activity Examples; Football, Dodgeball, Rounders, Tag
- Holiday Hero Takeover; The children get to choose what they want to do for a section of the way, always offset against structure and fun.
Bookings
What is the booking journey/process?
You can book your place like you would for any of our other products. Please purchase online through the normal channels.
What happens after I book?
Customers will receive their confirmation booking as usual after purchasing online. You will then receive an email directly from the venue you have booked which will include a link to our OXHC Child Registration Form. This will arrive in your inbox anytime between the day of booking, right up until the day before so please keep an eye on your inbox. Once completed, you will then be contacted by our Holiday Hero’s to discuss your child’s first day and build on any information submitted if required. Failure to complete this registration form will result in your child not being able to attend the holiday club.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Of course, if we can transfer your booking to a more convenient time – we will.
Can customers turn up on the day or do they need to book in advance?
We would encourage all customers to book in advance to avoid disappointment and peace of mind that the childcare is pre-arranged.
Will we be accepting childcare vouchers?
No, this will hopefully come in next year when we are in a position to move forward with OFSTED registration
What booking options are available?
You can book individual days or a week block booking at 20% discount. There is also 10% Sibling Discount.
Compliance/Health and Safety
If a your child has allergies or medical issues, how would we capture this?
Parents can log all relevant allergen/medical information upon booking in the email response form following booking.
Parents are advised to call upon booking through our messaging if they have any concerns around allergens. Equally, we will call to discuss anything we need more information on the day before the club. This will then be logged in park for the given day for our teams to best prepare
Can multiple people drop off and collect the children?
Upon sign in, we will request the name of the person who will be collecting and a password can be provided for assurance.
Can parents stay to watch?
Due to child protection regulations, it is not appropriate for parents to watch however, they take advantage of our cafés for the duration of the club and stay in park if they wish
Can you accept children that require 1-1 or SEN?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of activities we offer, we are unable to offer 1-1 support.
Any child that requires additional needs but not 1-1 are requested to call us to best help us understand your child’s needs during holiday club care.
What are the ratios?
The ratio is 1:15 however and the max capacity is 30 with additional provisions in place. There will always be always 2 team members facilitating the session which will be coordinated by a manager in park.
What are the regulatory requirements?
All camp leaders must be 17+, have an Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding L3 to run the session. Our teams are fully vetted to deliver a holiday club and have recently conducted accredited training with of the leading child activity course providers.
