Breakfast includes a selection of Cereal, Pastries and fruit; Lunch includes a choice of sandwiches, fruit, crisps, cake bar

FAQs

When will our camps run?
Our Holiday Camps will commence on the 31st of July for 4 weeks, Mon-Fri

How long do the days last?
Our holiday camps operate a drop off time from 0830-0900, the pickup will be 1530-1600. This allows flexibility for parents and hopefully avoids early and late drop offs. The Camp Leader will arrive around 30 minutes before the club starts but will be setting up for the day, so we are not permitted to take on children before the drop off time. Any children late to drop of times may be refused entry.

What is the activity provision?
With our unique offering, we will be enthusing and encouraging kids to do more in our parks.
PARK: This would be a combination of trampolining, inflatables, climbing, dodgeball, climbing (Acton, Croydon, Rayleigh, Wilmslow) Activity Pit challenges and SAQ based activities.
PARTY ROOMS: This would be a combination of board games, arts and crafts, film, and trampoline park quizzes (Based on park activities and rules)
These would be linked to develop the following.
Enjoyment: Confidence and Character, Social: Emotional Well-being, Environmental Awareness, Activity Skills, Skills for Life, Health and Well-being, Increased Motivation
What ages will we cater for?
Our Holiday Camps are for children aged 8-12 years. Unfortunately, we do not have the governance at present to facilitate camps for under 8’s

What is the Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Of course, if we can transfer your booking to a more convenient time – we will.

When do bookings close for next days holiday club?

How will we collate food orders?
This will be addressed upon child sign.

Can customers turn up on the day or do they need to book in advance?
We would encourage all customers to book in advance through our customer communication to avoid disappointment and peace of mind that the childcare is pre-arranged.

Will we be accepting childcare vouchers?
No, this will hopefully come in next year when we are in a position to move forward with OFSTED registration

Can I book single days?
Multiple and single days are an option for parents.

Compliance/Health and Safety

If a your child has allergies or medical issues, how would we capture this?
Parents can log all relevant allergen/medical information upon booking in the email response form following booking.
Parents are advised to call upon booking through our messaging if they have any concerns around allergens. Equally, we will call to discuss anything we need more information on the day before the club. This will then be logged in park for the given day for our teams to best prepare

If parents need to collect early, how do they gain entry?
There will be an assigned number to call which will be manned by the experience manager coordinating the group. This will be issued on sign in.

Can multiple people drop off and collect the children?
Upon sign in, our registration document will request the name of the person who will be collecting in the emergency contacts section.

Can parents stay to watch?
Due to child protection regulations, it is not appropriate for parents to watch however, they can take advantage of our cafés for the duration of the camp and stay in park if they wish

Can you accept children that require 1-1 or SEN?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of activities we offer, we are unable to offer 1-1 support.
Any child that requires additional needs but not 1-1 are requested to call us to best help us understand your child’s needs during holiday club care.

What are the ratios?
The ratio is 1:15 however and the max capacity is 30 with additional provisions in place. There will always be always 2 team members facilitating the session which will be coordinated by a manager in park.

What are the regulatory requirements?
All camp leaders must be 17+, have an Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding L3 to run the session. Our teams are fully vetted to deliver a holiday club and have recently conducted accredited training with of the leading child activity course providers

Do you offer siblings discount?
