Terms and conditions

Nobody likes small print. So we’ve created this handy page, so you know what to expect when you make a booking with us. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help!

STANDARD BOOKING TERMS

OXYGEN FREEJUMPING/ AIR SPACE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 When the following words with capital letters are used in these Terms (as defined below), this is what they will mean:

Activity: the services that We are providing to you as set out in the Booking and “Activities” shall be construed accordingly;

Activity Rules: means the rules relating to the Activity located at https://oxygenfreejumping.co.uk/rules-of-activity/;

Booking: your order for the Activity on Our Site and “Booked” shall be construed accordingly;

Booking From: means the form you complete on Our Site to submit a Booking;

Our Site: means Our website located at www.oxygenfreejumping.co.uk;

Participant: means an individual who takes part in the Activity https://oxygenfreejumping.co.uk/waiver/;

Participant Consent Form: means Our participant consent form located at https://oxygenfreejumping.co.uk/waiver/;

Privacy and Cookie Policy: means Our privacy and cookie policy located at https://oxygenfreejumping.co.uk/terms-conditions/;

Terms: these terms and conditions together with Our Privacy and Cookie Policy and Terms of Website Use;

Terms of Website Use: means Our terms of website use at https://oxygenfreejumping.co.uk/website-terms-of-use/;

We/Our/Us: means OFJ Topco Limited, a company incorporated in England with registered number 12033667 whose registered address is Unit 15 Vision Industrial Estate, Kendall Avenue, London, W3 0AF.

2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

2.1 These Terms tell you information about Us and the legal terms and conditions upon which:

(a) you can make Bookings; and

(b) We supply the Activity to you and any Participant.

These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the supply of the Activity by Us to you and any Participant (Contract).

2.2 Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before making a Booking on Our Site. Please note that before making a Booking you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to make a Booking on Our Site.

2.3 We amend these Terms from time to time as set out in clause 11. Every time you submit a Booking Form to Us, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on 12/01/2017

2.4 When you submit a Booking Form to Us, this does not mean We have accepted your Booking. Our acceptance of a Booking will take place as described in clause 2.5. If We are unable to provide the Activity, We will inform you of this and We will not process the Booking.

2.5 These Terms will become binding on you, any Participant and Us when We issue you with a written acceptance of a Booking, at which point a Contract will come into existence between you, any Participant and Us.

2.6 We shall assign a booking number to the Booking and inform you of it when We confirm the Booking. Please quote the booking number in all subsequent correspondence with Us relating to the Booking.

3. USE OF OUR SITE

Your use of Our Site is governed by Our Privacy and Cookie Policy and Terms of Website Use. Please take the time to read these, as they include important terms which apply to you.

4. HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1 We only use your personal information in accordance with clause 4.2 of these Terms and Our Privacy and Cookie Policy. Please take the time to read Our Privacy and Cookie Policy, as it includes important terms which apply to you.

4.2 We will use the personal information you provide to Us to:

(a) provide the Activity;

(b) process your payment for the Activity; and

(c) in accordance with the terms of the Booking Form.

4.3 We will not give your personal data to any third party.

5. THE ACTIVITY

5.1 We will make every effort to supply the Activity in accordance with the Booking.

5.2 Activities are delivered by individual employees and we may have to cancel or reschedule an Activity where required due to an event outside our reasonable control, such as technical problems, illness or travel delays. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible if this happens.

5.3 In order for Us to provide the Activity, We will need you to provide Us with the signed Participant Consent Form for each Participant taking part in the Activity. Where a Participant is under the age of 16, the Participant Consent Form will need to be signed by someone with parental responsibility for the Participant. If you do not, after being asked by Us, provide Us with signed versions of all the Participant Consent Forms relating to the Activity, or you provide Us with incomplete or incorrect Participant Consent Forms, We may suspend the Activity by giving you written notice. We will not be liable for any delay or non-performance where you have not provided Participant Consent Forms in accordance with this clause 5.3. If We suspend the Activity under this clause 5.3, you do not have to pay for the Activity while it is suspended.

6. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ACTIVITY COMPLETED

6.1 In the unlikely event that there is any problem with the Activity completed we will use every effort to rectify any problem as soon as reasonably practicable.

6.2 As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to the Activity not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials We use are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

The easiest way to contact us regarding any problem with the activity is to by emailing cst@oxygenfreejumping.co.uk or by completing the following survey: oxygenfreejumping.co.uk/surveys/freejumper-feedback/ Please give as much detail as possible on the form submitted, including booking reference and full review of any issues experienced during your visit, so our team can review and respond.

7. PRICE OF ACTIVITY

7.1 The prices of the Activity will be as quoted on Our Site at the time you submit a Booking. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of the Activity are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto Our Site. However please see clause 7.4 for what happens if We discover an error in the price of the Activity you have Booked.

7.2 Prices for Our Activities may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any Booking you have already made.

7.3 The price of the Activity includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the United Kingdom. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of the Booking and the date of performance of the Activity, We will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the Activity in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

7.4 Our Site contains a large number of Activities. It is always possible that, despite Our reasonable efforts, some of the Activity on Our Site may be incorrectly priced. If We discover an error in the price of the Activity you have Booked We will contact you in writing to inform you of this error and We will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Activity at the correct price or cancelling your Booking. We will not process your Booking until We have your instructions. If We are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the Booking process, We will treat the Booking as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, We do not have to provide the Activity to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

8. HOW TO PAY

8.1 You can only pay for the Activity using a debit card or credit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

8.2 Payment for the Activity is in advance. We will not charge your debit card or credit card until We confirm your Booking.

9.  INFORMATION IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL

Bookings for less than 10 people

(a) If you have a booking for fewer than 10 people, you can cancel your booking and either transfer to a more convenient date or receive a full refund within 24 hours of making the booking. If you book a session within 24 hours, we will help you to transfer your booking, but you will not be eligible for a refund. If you would like to cancel within 24 hours of making a booking, please contact us

Contact with the booking team or proof of attempted contact will be required to cancel the booking.

It is not possible to cancel bookings made within 24 hours of your arrival time.

(b) If you make a mistake during the booking process, please contact us and we will help you to amend the booking.

Group and Party bookings

(d) If you make a booking for more than 10 people, a refund will be applied if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of making the booking. Outside of the 24-hour period, if you have paid a deposit, we will not refund this but will try our best to transfer your booking to a date that’s convenient for you.

(e) if you need to amend a group booking, please notify us a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. We cannot refund for places that are not needed.

To cancel a booking, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. To do this you will need your booking confirmation number.

The easiest way to do this is to use this link to contact us or call us on 020 8050 1315.

9.1 In the event that a refund is due to you under these terms, we will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for your booking, we will refund you in vouchers.

10. OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL

10.1 We may cancel a Contract for the Activity at any time with immediate effect by giving you written notice if you breach a Contract or the Activity Rules in any material way.

10.2 Group bookings of 10 or more require a minimum payment equivalent to the cost of 10 attendees at the time of booking. Full settlement of the balance must be made at least 14 days prior to the event taking place. If full payment is not received 14 days in advance the reserved slots will be released for sale.

10.3 Private hire bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Full settlement of the balance must be made at least 14 days prior to the event taking place. If full payment is not received 14 days in advance the reserved slots will be released for sale.

11. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS

11.1 We amend these Terms from time to time. Please refer to clause 2.3 to see when these Terms were last updated.

11.2 Every time you make a Booking on our site, the Terms in force at the time of your Booking will apply to the Contract between you and us.

11.3 We may revise these Terms as they apply to your Booking from time to time to reflect the following circumstances:

(a) changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;

11.4 If we have to revise these Terms as they apply to your Booking, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel the Contract if you are not happy with the changes. You may cancel either in respect of all the affected Activity or just the Activity you have yet to receive. If you opt to cancel, we will arrange a full refund of the price you have paid.

12. OUR LIABILITY

12.1 We do not exclude or limit in any way Our liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or the negligence of Our employees, agents or subcontractors;

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

(c) breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession);

(d) breach of the terms implied by sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and

(e) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

12.2 If We fail to comply with these Terms, We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of Our breach of the Terms or Our negligence. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not an obvious consequence of Us breaching the Contract or not contemplated by you and Us at the time We entered into the Contract.

12.3 Please look after your belongings carefully when you visit our locations. We are not responsible for the loss or damage to any valuables, cash or other items belonging to you or any persons accompanying you while you are visiting any of our locations.

13. COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US

13.1 When We use the words “writing” or “written” in these Terms, this will include e-mail unless We say otherwise.

13.2 You may contact Us as described in clause 9.4.

14. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

14.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. We will always notify you in writing or by posting on Our Site if this happens.

14.2 You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing.

14.3 Your rights under the Terms shall extend to any Participant but such extension shall not affect Our rights to terminate or vary any Contract in accordance with the Terms.

14.4 Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

14.5 If We fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if We delay in doing so, that will not mean that We have waived Our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If We do waive a default by you, We will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that We will automatically waive any later default by you.

14.6 These Terms are governed by English law. This means a Contract for the Activity through Our Site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and We both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Little O Stay and Play runs:
Monday – Friday Term Time only

Bookings must be made for a little O session and jump must begin during Little O session times in order to redeem the stay and play offer.

The Stay & Play offer on Little O is always subject to availability. During busy sessions, we may not always be able to let jumpers stay on after their session finishes if capacity does not allow.

During extended time Little O customers may be moved into a specific area of the park.

Some Little O’s Stay and Play sessions may not run due to private hire/school bookings. Siblings over the age of 5 are not allowed in Little O sessions however they can book the first Freejump session.

Emergency services staff members and military personnel are eligible for a 15% discount on freejumping sessions using code SERVICES15. This discount is valid on 1 hour freejump sessions only and a valid ID card must be shown on arrival.

• To enter you must sign up to Oxygen York’s mailing list by providing us with a valid email address.
• Entries will be selected using an unbiased list randomiser.
• No employee of Oxygen Free Jumping is permitted to apply for this competition.
• By entering you agree to receive marketing emails from Oxygen Activeplay.


Winners of a FREE Birthday Party

• The primary prizes are 5 free birthday parties. Winners can choose from any Toddler, Classic, Jumptastic or Ultimate package.

Oxygen memberships

Valid for 30 jumps from point of purchase

Oxygen jump socks must be worn when on the trampolines. These can be purchased from reception and are priced at £2.50

Valid for 1 person only. If the pass is used to book a jump for multiple people we reserve the right to cancel the pass with no refund given.

Oxygen Freejumping reserves the right to remove any customer’s 30-day pass if any of the above rules are contravened.

The 30 Day Pass will give you access to all jumping areas within the park unless there are classes or activities in progress. Please see the timetable of these classes and activities in the Oxygen location pages

All jumping areas are subject to closure at any time at the manager’s discretion

Management reserve the right to cancel The 30 Day Pass at any point, if you are in breach of any of the above rules as well as the rules of activity.

These terms and conditions affect your legal rights and are in addition to our standard terms and conditions. It is therefore important that you read and understand them before agreeing to them.

The Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass agreement is made between OFJ Topco Limited and the ‘Oxygen Monthly Pass or Little O Monthly Pass’ holder (or parent / guardian) on who’s account the Oxygen Monthly Pass or Little O Monthly Pass is linked to.

Where the holder is a child, the parent / guardian must complete the agreement and consent to the child holding the Oxygen Monthly Pass and take responsibility for the payments.

All children under the age of 5 must be supervised on the park at all times by a parent, responsible adult or guardian. In these Instances we recommend a Little O Monthly pass which entitles the holder to one adult & one child to attend a Little O Session. Please note that there will be limitations to the access of activities for 3-5 year olds outside of Little O sessions.

A Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass:

The Oxygen Monthly Pass is valid for the named person only and cannot be transferred. This permits the holder to one valid session per day at the purchased park.
The Little O Monthly Pass is valid for the named person and one other person. In the case 1 adult and 1 child under the age of 5. This cannot be transferred & permits the holder to one valid session per day at the purchased park.

Little O Session
The Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass is not valid when there are whole park sessions scheduled such as Scheduled Oxygen Events and private events. The Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass is not valid for any additional experience packages other than what is included in the above.

Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass allow the holder to enjoy one hourly session per day at your Oxygen Freejumping Park. When at the park, you may request additional sessions, but this is at the discretion of the park management and may be chargeable.

Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass are for walk in use & booking online.

Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass allows one session to be booked in the future as well as a session to be booked on the day. You can only have one future booking at a time

Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass is valid at the purchased Oxygen Freejumping park, it cannot be used for any other Oxygen Freejumping park.

Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass entitles the holder to bounce only during advertised hours. Oxygen Freejumping may alter opening and closing times throughout the year.

Oxygen Freejumping may alter the cost or the terms and conditions of the Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass at any point. Oxygen Freejumping reserves the right to end your or the Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass at any point without notice.

Membership
1.1. Your Oxygen Freejumping membership will continue until terminated. To use Oxygen Freejumping you must have a valid waiver, pair of trampoline socks and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).

1.2. We may offer a number of membership plans. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. You can find specific details regarding your Oxygen membership by speaking to a member or our team.

Promotional Offers. We may from time to time offer special promotional offers, plans or memberships (“Offers”). Offer eligibility is determined by Oxygen Freejumping at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your account on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent oxygen membership may not be eligible for certain introductory Offers. We may use information such as membership ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent oxygen membership to determine Offer eligibility. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.
Billing and Cancellation

3.1. Billing Cycle. The membership fee for the Oxygen Freejumping Membership will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date which will be on the same date you purchased your monthly membership. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. Speak to a member of the team to see when your membership is due to renew.

3.2. Payment Methods. To use the Oxygen Freejumping Monthly service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

3.3. Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by speaking to a member of the Oxygen Team. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).

3.4. Cancellation. You can cancel your Oxygen Freejumping membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Oxygen Freejumping service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any membership periods or unused membership content. To cancel, speak to a member of the Oxygen Freejumping and ask them to “Cancel” your membership. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, please speak to a member of the team.

3.5. Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.

Passwords and Account Access. The member who took out the Oxygen Freejumping Monthly account and whose Payment Method is charged (the “Account Owner”) is responsible for any activity that occurs through the Oxygen account. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account (which would include information on viewing history for the account), the Account Owner should maintain control over the Oxygen Account that is used to access the service and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, Oxygen Freejumping from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
Miscellaneous

5.1. Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

5.2. Customer Support. To find more information about our service and its features or if you need assistance with your account, please speak to a member of the Oxygen Freejumping Team..

5.3. Survival. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.4. Changes to Terms of Use. Oxygen Freejumping may, from time to time, change these Terms of Use. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you.

The Little O Monthly Pass is valid for the named person and one other person. In the case 1 adult and 1 child under the age of 5. This cannot be transferred & permits the holder to one valid session per day at the purchased park.

The Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass is not valid when there are whole park sessions scheduled such as Scheduled Oxygen Events and private events. The Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass is not valid for any additional experience packages other than what is included in the above.

Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass allow the holder to enjoy one hourly session per day at your Oxygen Freejumping Park. When at the park, you may request additional sessions, but this is at the discretion of the park management and may be chargeable.

Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass are for walk in use & booking online.

Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass allows one session to be booked in the future as well as a session to be booked on the day. You can only have one future booking at a time

Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass is valid at the purchased Oxygen Freejumping park, it cannot be used for any other Oxygen Freejumping park.

Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass entitles the holder to bounce only during advertised hours. Oxygen Freejumping may alter opening and closing times throughout the year.

Oxygen Freejumping may alter the cost or the terms and conditions of the Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass at any point. Oxygen Freejumping reserves the right to end your or the Oxygen Monthly Pass & Little O Monthly Pass at any point without notice.

Membership
1.1. Your Oxygen Freejumping membership will continue until terminated. To use Oxygen Freejumping you must have a valid waiver, pair of trampoline socks and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below).

1.2. We may offer a number of membership plans. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you. You can find specific details regarding your Oxygen membership by speaking to a member or our team.

Promotional Offers. We may from time to time offer special promotional offers, plans or memberships (“Offers”). Offer eligibility is determined by Oxygen Freejumping at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your account on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent oxygen membership may not be eligible for certain introductory Offers. We may use information such as membership ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent oxygen membership to determine Offer eligibility. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.
Billing and Cancellation

3.1. Billing Cycle. The membership fee for the Oxygen Freejumping Membership will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date which will be on the same date you purchased your monthly membership. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. Speak to a member of the team to see when your membership is due to renew.

3.2. Payment Methods. To use the Oxygen Freejumping Monthly service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

3.3. Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by speaking to a member of the Oxygen Team. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).

3.4. Cancellation. You can cancel your Oxygen Freejumping membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Oxygen Freejumping service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any membership periods or unused membership content. To cancel, speak to a member of the Oxygen Freejumping and ask them to “Cancel” your membership. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, please speak to a member of the team.

3.5. Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.

Passwords and Account Access. The member who took out the Oxygen Freejumping Monthly account and whose Payment Method is charged (the “Account Owner”) is responsible for any activity that occurs through the Oxygen account. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account (which would include information on viewing history for the account), the Account Owner should maintain control over the Oxygen Account that is used to access the service and not reveal the password or details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account. We can terminate your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, Oxygen Freejumping from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
Miscellaneous

5.1. Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

5.2. Customer Support. To find more information about our service and its features or if you need assistance with your account, please speak to a member of the Oxygen Freejumping Team.

5.3. Survival. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.4. Changes to Terms of Use. Oxygen Freejumping may, from time to time, change these Terms of Use. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

All bookings made using a discount code or on a promotional offer apply to the general terms and conditions for all bookings. Any amendments on the booking need to be notified 24 hours prior to the booking.

A valid discount code can only be applied at the point of making a booking.

When a discount code has been applied to a booking, this is non-refundable.

If a booking is made, but an offer is received at a later date, the terms and conditions of the original booking still apply and the discount code cannot be redeemed. Any further bookings will be added at the current and most up to date rate.

Any offer can be revoked or discontinued at any given time and are subject to availability.

A maximum of 1 discount code can be applied to any booking.

Multi-pass or package products cannot be discounted.

Unless otherwise stated, promo codes are valid on 1 hour Freejumps only.

From time to time, we gather photos and video of people enjoying our parks for publicity purposes.

These images may appear in our printed publications, on our website and in social media. We may also send them to the news media.

Unless your participation is free of charge, we will endeavour to provide you with a consent form to which you can provide your signature.

By participating in free events, unless otherwise stated, your likeness can and may be used for the above purposes.

Oxygen Freejumping Gift Vouchers are redeemable against jump sessions and products purchased in park and online at www.oxygenfreejumping.co.uk

Multiple Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in the same transaction

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Vouchers will expire on the date marked on the Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Please treat Gift Vouchers as cash in terms of security. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

Oxygen Freejumping reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.

Oxygen Freejumping reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
